Depending on your individual needs for financing there are many options to finding funding in the Florida Keys.  From residential to commercial purchases it's important to not only shop rates but use a lender that likes to lend on the type of product you are purchasing.

One of my favorite places to get up to date rates is BankRate.com.  Compare rates, estimate payments and get a feel for the financial markets.

Don't forget to have a conversation with lenders you have been doing business with both locally and back home.  If you have a good banking relationship established the lender may give you better terms than you could find otherwise.

Loans like Jumbo, FHA, VA, mobile homes and others have minimum and maximum loan amounts and rates may also vary.
